Then again, was Jeff actually honest and accurate about such grave consequences of Logan's "death"? It sounds like he was just exaggerating to selfishly avoid trouble. I'm betting he got the worst of Logan's wrath. I also wonder why Logan apparently saved the narrator for last, as it sounds like he was just one of the many complicit helping hands, indistinguishable from the rest (excluding Jeff, who came up with all the ideas and threats). The police assumed he was drowned, but that doesn't mean they killed him. He was already dead before they put him in the water. Also he would not get a life sentence for that. He didn't murder the boy, it was an accident- and no one could charge him for murder without evidence that it was intentional. I honestly don't think he would have gotten jail time. I’m confused.
